Purchasing Alcohol to a Minor

Non-driving alcohol-related offenses

Non-driving alcohol-related offenses

Anonymous user has pointed out that we in the Texas written tests had some old information about non-driving alcohol-related offenses.

The correct information is:

A person who purchases an alcoholic beverage for a minor or who furnishes an alcoholic beverage to a minor can be punished by a fine up to $4,000.00 and/or confinement in jail for up to one year.

As always we are grateful for all faults you report to us! Keep them coming!

We also changed the question on blind spots. It turned out that after an update of images, the original “dark” gray area now was “light” gray. But we forgot to change the phrasing in the question.
